Dr. Phillip Marshall
Dr. Phillip Marshall is an adjunct professor of Old Testament Studies. He has served as one of the pastors of Immanuel Baptist Church in Louisville, KY. He received a B.A. from the The Master's College in Santa Clarita, CA and M.Div. from Westminster Theological Seminary in Escondido, CA, and a Ph.D. from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. His dissertation, A Critical Edition of the Hexaplaric Fragments of Ecclesiastes, will become one of the volumes of the Hexapla Projects series to be published by Peeters Publishers. He has also contributed numerous entries to Mounce's Complete Expository Dictionary of Old and New Testament Words, (Zondervan, 2006). Dr. Marshall is a member of the Evangelical Theological Society, the Society of Biblical Literature, and the International Organization for Septuagint and Cognate Studies.
