Professor Tedd Tripp, Ph.D. - Visiting Professor of Practical Theology
Dr. Tedd Tripp is a visiting professor of Practical Theology. He has served as senior pastor of Grace Fellowship Church in Hazleton, PA, since 1983. Pastor Tripp received a B.A. from Geneva College, an M.Div. from Reformed Episcopal Seminary and a D.Min. with an emphasis in pastoral counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, PA. He has contributed articles to the Journal for Biblical Counseling. Dr. Tripp is the author of the popular book, Shepherding a Child’s Heart, as well as A Parent’s Handbook for Shepherding a Child’s Heart and the recently released Instructing a Child’s Heart, written with his wife, Margy. Since 1995 Dr. Tripp has maintained an extensive world-wide ministry presenting Shepherding a Child’s Heart Seminars. His audio and video seminar materials are used throughout the United States and abroad.

Professor Donald S. Whitney, Ph.D. - Visiting Professor of Practical Theology
Dr. Don Whitney is associate professor of Biblical Spirituality at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He held a similar position at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary for ten years. He holds a B.A. from the University of Arkansas, an M.Div. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a D.Min. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Professor Whitney has a Ph.D. in Christian Spirituality at the University of South Africa. Before going to Midwestern, he pastored Glenfield Baptist Church in Illinois for nearly fifteen years. He has authored a number of books including Spiritual Disciplines for the Christian Life, How Can I Be Sure I'm A Christian? and Ten Questions to Diagnose Your Spiritual Health and Simplify Your Spiritual Life.
